It features an open floor plan from the living room to the outside rear deck. The home was designed for comfort inside in intimate settings along with entertaining outside to enjoy the fabulous year round weather Santa Barbara is famous for.

Completely remodeled home inside and out. Beautiful and lushly landscaped front and rear yards. Back yard fenced for your privacy, children and outdoor pets.
The kitchen is very large and has a wonderful flow to it. Beautiful Cherry cabinetry, granite countertops with all modern appliances. There is also a kitchen desk and large sliding patio door that open up to the rear deck.
The dining room has pub height style table and 6 chairs in front of a large picture window as well as operable side lights.
The living room has a 50" plasma TV with double sofas facing each other for intimate conversations. The interior spaces are surrounded by stunning contemporary art
The master bedroom has a king size bed and it's own master bath featuring a tub/shower and doube bowl vanity.
The guest bedroom has a Queen size bed is with an adjacent bathroom featuring a tub/shower and double bowl vanity.
There is a stack washer/dryer, ceiling fans and dimmers for lighting in all room of the home, high speed WiFi and premium HD television channels.

A cleaning fee of $190.00 will be added to your total stay.
A minimum $500.00 reservation deposit is required.
Deposits will be forfeited if a cancellation is made within 72 hrs. of a reservation.
