You may rent this fully-furnished home for $1,475/month.  The rate quoted includes cable, internet, electric, water and landscaping.  The only item you must pay separately for is a telephone.  Not far from the Polk Parkway and great new upscale shops and restaurants that South Lakeland has to offer, it's in an excellent location.

Because the home is centrally located you can enjoy the many attractions (Disney, Universal Studios, Busch Gardens) and beautiful beaches that Florida has to offer.  The attractions and beaches are but a short drive away.
