Cable, internet, electric, water and landscaping are included.  The only item you must pay separately for is a telephone.  Not far from the Polk Parkway and great new upscale shops and restaurants that South Lakeland has to offer, it's in an excellent location.

Because the home is centrally located you can enjoy the many attractions (Disney, Universal Studios, Busch Gardens) and beautiful beaches that Florida has to offer.  The attractions and beaches are but a short drive away.

The rates quoted below are in US Dollars and include cable, internet, electric, water and landscaping:

"Peak" monthly rates (Dec - April): $1,475.00 per month*
Cottage must be rented for a minimum of two months during winter season. 

"Off peak" monthly rates (May - Nov): $1,095.00 per month*
Daily rate: $89.00
Weekly rate: $375.00
"Sun n' Fun Fly-In" week: $695.00

Small pets are OK, but there is a $200 non-refundable pet deposit.
