community of Colington Harbour, still one of the best-kept secrets 
in the Outer Bank! The Great Atlantic is just under five miles away. 
Experience the breath taking views of the Canal and Sound from our 
multi-level deck.


Four bedrooms, three baths, open great room and kitchen. 36 inch TV 
with DVD/VCR in great room with surround sound for your enjoyment. 
TV/DVD player in kids room so the kids can watch their movie and you 
can watch yours! Ceiling fans and televisions in every room. Infant 
swing, chair and crib.
Experience the Outer Banks in this cozy harbor community without the 
congestion and chaos from all the summer renters! Colington Harbor 
is still a very quiet family oriented community. Sorry this is a Non-
Smoking home with NO Pets permitted.

Boat launch available at community clubhouse. Deep-water (six feet) 
access to sound.

Activities and Attractions

  This home has everything you need for a week full of fun and 
relaxation!! Swim at the community pool or sound-front beach. Enjoy 
the children's playground or play a game of tennis or basketball on 
the uncrowded courts. Picnic facilies are available with charcoal 
grills. Fee for all of these ameneties are paid by owner.
  Bring your boat or jet-ski and dock it at your private 35 foot 
pier. Right in your own back yard! Crab, fish, sail, swim, or just 
relax on a raft and float up and down the canal. Do all this right 
in your own backyard! If you dont have a boat? Take a cooler and 
gather with everyone at the community clubhouse and enjoy the 
Wednesday evening sail boat races and spectacular sunsets!
