Relax on Amelia Island in our beautifully renovated three bedroom, two bath condo nestled among sprawling oaks, tropical palms and fountain ponds just outside your balcony. Just steps to the pool or one block to the beach. 

The complex is very family friendly with lots of green space, a shaded playground and a barbecue area with grills and picnic tables.  

This wonderful condo on beautiful Amelia Island is located in Fernandina Beach near all its great restaurants, fabulous golf, white sand beaches, historic locations, wonderful shopping in old historic downtown, horseback riding, deep sea fishing, airplane rides, and jet skis. Our island also has miniature golf, a water slide for the kids, and movie theatres.

Beautifully re-done condo with new paint and flooring throughout, new kitchen and baths with granite countertops.  This fully equipped end unit condo features 3 bedrooms, with a king size master bedroom, a double bed, and 2 singles. Other amenities include washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, cable television, and DVD player. This vacation also includes use of the swimming pool, tennis courts, and children's playground. A fully equipped kitchen plus all linens and pillows are provided.

A full range of activities are available on the island, including swimming, golfing, jet ski rentals, bicycling, shopping, restaurants, fishing, movies, miniature golf, water slides, and exploration of Fort Clinch.

September 1 thru February 28: $595 per week, $1395 per month. March 1 thru August 31:  $745 per week, $2400 per month.$200 security deposit to be refunded upon inspection after vacating of premises. Applicable taxes are not included in the above rates.
