Vacation Rental Description

A warm and cozy 3 bedroom ranch with a large fireplace in the  
central living area.  Plenty of room to watch movies, play games or  
read.  The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen size beds and a bunk  
room.  We provide all blankets and pillows.   
You provide the linens. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

The house is equipped with cable TV and DVD, VCR and stereo.  The  
kitchen is fully equipped with all conveniences of home including  
new dishwasher, micro, toaster, coffee pot.  There is large deck  
with patio table, chairs and a gas grill.  Plowing after snow storms 
 
The basement has a washer/dryer and family room for the kids. 
Fireplace wood provided 
Ski storage also 
Beach furniture and canoe is available for clients use.

Activities and Attractions

SKI  -  Cranmore, Wildcat, Attitash, Black and Shawnee Peak within  
minutes.  
Fantastic outlet shopping and dining. 
 
 
 
Private association pond with beach rights.

Vacation Rental Rates

Seasonal rate is $4400.00 for the winter (4 months) or Weekends  
rates $250.00 some higher 
Weekly rates $500.00 - $800.00 some higher 
 
We are now accepting reservations for our winter season.  Rates  
start at $500.00 per week.
