The fully furnished 1 bedroom condo is in the luxury towers of the Marina City Club. Situated on an upper floor of the Center Tower South, it has panoramic marina and ocean views.

Full Fitness Center and spa on site, as well as restaurant with room service. Facilities include Gourmet restaurant with Full Bar, City Cafe, Beauty Salon, Coffee House, Snack Bar, 6 tennis courts, 3 heated swimming pools, small liquor-and-grocery store, postal services and dry cleaners are located within the same tower.

Bedroom features a Tempurpedic Queen-size bed with down comforter. Behind discrete cabinet doors in the dining area, the condo also includes a full-size pull-down Murphy bed that can sleep 1 or 2. The 42'' and 25'' flat screen TVs offer DirecTV with full entertainment package. Laundry Card provided for shared Washer-Dryer on same floor.

Local telephone and long distance within the USA and wireless DSL are all included.

Marina del Rey is largest man-made marina in the world, more restaurants packed into one square mile than any other city (except for New York), and a convenient location four miles north of Los Angeles International Airport makes Marina del Rey a prime location for the jet set, nautical nuts and food connoisseurs. The coastal community of Marina del Rey is located between Venice Beach and Playa del Rey. It offers bike & rollerblading along an ocean path, waterfront restaurants, a small beach, fishing trips, whale watching, shops, day trips to Catalina Islands, Dining & Cocktail Cruises, Harbor tours, sport fishing and Fisherman's Village (fishing trips, boat rentals, rent bicycles and skates, restaurants).

Beach info: You are able to walk to a marina beach called Mother's Beach. You also have the option of going to the ocean which is approximately 15 minute walk or even quicker by bike! However, you have three pools to choose from, all on-site at the Marina City Club. Venice Beach is a short walk away where there are many restaurants. While at Venice Beach you can swim in the ocean, stroll the Venice Boardwalk, see Muscle Beach, rent bikes or skates.

South Bay Bicycle Trail: Bike, skate, walk or run along a 26-mile magnificent oceanside bike path that is located directly across the Marina City Club stretching from Malibu through the Marina south to Palos Verdes. Rent in-line skates and bikes at Spokes & Stuff, 4175 Admiralty Way, in the parking lot of the Jamaica Bay Inn, at Daniel's Bicycle Rentals & Sales in Fisherman's Village or Venice Bike & Skates. You can keep them overnight. Bikes are a great way to get around the Marina and the surrounding area. You can ride to all the near-by tourist attractions: Venice Beach, Venice Boardwalk, Muscle Beach, Santa Monica Pier, Santa Monica Beach, Third Street Promenade, Palisades Park, Montana Avenue and restaurants in Venice and Santa Monica.
