An exceptional Maine coast vacation experience awaits you from this private island
connected to the mainland at Tenants Harbor. An open first floor plan affords ocean
views and sounds from many comfortable sitting and dining areas. Or you can choose from the covered
porch, cozy sunroom or open deck. The second floor has three bedrooms, two with double beds and one
with two twin beds along with a full bath. The village and various amenities are less than a mile
away. Past tenants have marveled at many sights and sounds from schooners anchoring for the night
to a moose strolling across the causeway before taking a morning swim across the harbor.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove/oven, bottom freezer refrigerator, microwave,
coffee maker, blender and a good supply of smallwares. Dining service for 8 and outside plastic is
included. Quality linens include high thread count bed sheets, cottom blankets and multiple quilts
for those cooler nights. Tenants Harbor is home to the Jackson Memorial Library or you can choose
from the small paperback library at the house. Stay in touch with loved ones with unliminted USA
telephone calling or the wireless high speed internet access.

Peninsula activities include kayaking, the library, a lighthouse museum, day trips to Monhegan
Island, tennis courts, hiking and the beach. Take a short drive off peninsula for a round of golf,
museum tours or downtown galleries, shopping and dining.
