We recently remodeled and furnished this 1000 SF, 2 BEDROOM, 1.5 BATH condo. Our condo is 1 of 19 condos in a small community near the intersection of Enfield Rd. (know for it's historic homes) and Expositions Boulevard. As a guest, you have access to the on-site PRIVATE POOL. We even provide beach towels in the condo for your convenience. Your reservation also includes 1 RESERVED PARKING SPACE right by the stairs that lead up to your condo.

Have the Luxury of a Boutique Hotel with all the Comforts of Home. The modern kitchen has new stainless steel appliances & gourmet coffee station. The master bedroom has luxurious California King Bed w/ combed cotton sheets, down comforter, firm and feather pillows. The guest bedroom is similarly appointed flexible space with 2 Twin Beds that can combine for a King Bed. There is HDTV and wireless internet. Some personal touches include a cozy reading nook, book/ movie library and board games in comfortable open living room - dining room. ENJOY!

Suited our needs really well

We were a family from England visiting relatives in Austin and this was just what we needed, a home environment that we could use as a comfortable base.

It was very comfortable, furnished to high standard and had all the equipment, utensils that we needed. We enjoyed the split level, i.e. having the bedrooms upstairs and the children enjoyed the large TV, cable and DVD collection.

The only disappointment was the dirty pool which we appreciate is out of the control of the owner. We had hoped to make use of the pool but it was full of dead leaves and bugs, some of which were not recent.

Overall this is only a minor gripe and if all you want is a comfortable, clean, well equipped apartment, then this place will satisfy your needs well.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway

I am sorry to hear the pool was not available for your use. April is a little early for the "Pool Season" here in Austin but I know my kids start swimming in March with shivers and a big smile.

While I am not in charge of the pool maintenance, I could have placed a service request call to the property management company. In general, they are prompt to respond.

good location near university

clean well kept and equipped condo. nice touch with water, sodas, maps, snacks awaiting.
only complaints: bathtub needs regouting-mold, has been one month since rental and have not recieved my deposit back

Recommended for: families with young children, sight seeing

Owners response: Z was a wonderful guest and I appreciate her kind comments about our clean & well equipped condo plus her 4 star rating. Thank you! Her deposit was mailed within the 2 week period. I misprinted her address and it was not received. I mailed another check once we determined the problem which was 2 days ago. The tub caulking and grout is bleached/washed with each cleaning. I will double check the bathtub when the current guests depart and re-grout if needed. I rely heavily on guests' feedback to make sure the condo is in tip top condition for each arrival. Thank you Z for your thoughtful feedback."
