Master bedroom/bath, with queen-sized bed, opens to patio.  Second bedroom with twin beds and a desk.  Third bedroom with daybed and trundle.

It is a short 1/2 block from the beach, in a quiet community.  There is a park within walking distance, as well as restaurants, shopping and museums close by.

Street to street lot with full two-car garage on back street.            

Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffee maker, Gas Barbeque, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Beakfast Bar.  Outdoor Shower, Two-car Garage.                  All Bedrooms have TVs. 
Cable TV, Two DVD players with supply of movies, CD Player, High-speed Internet.

Swimming, surfing, snorkeling, diving, sailing, windsurfing, water skiing, boating.  Wildlife viewing (dolphins, whales, seals, birds).  Biking, fishing, golf tennis, miniature golf, shopping, restaurants, movies, museums, historical sites.
