Vacation property for long or short term lease with a two day minimum in Alto, New Mexico just 8 miles north of Ruidoso, New Mexico on Hiway 48.  Beautiful mountain village with horse racing, snow skiing, several quality golf courses, casinos, and too many shops and restaurants to list. Located 70 miles west of Roswell, New Mexico, 3 hours south of Albuquerque, New Mexico, and 2 hours north of El Paso, TX in the Sacremento Mountains.

Property is fully furnished with cable TV and high speed internet access plus it is a stand alone unit (no common walls with other units) and in walking distance to swimming pool. In summer months for a slightly higher rate, finish line seats for four are available at the Ruidoso Jockey Club as guests of the property owners.

Ruidoso is home of the Mescalaro Apache tribe and their Casinos, golf course and ski facilties are spectacular!  In summer months, racing season at Ruidoso Downs runs from Memorial day till Labor day and boasts the prestigious Two million dollar All American Quarter Horse Futurity on Labor day weekend. The fall months are packed with more activities such as the Octoberfest and many other fesitvals. The area is served by a modern airport capable of commercial class aircraft and the Spencer Theater brings in a wonderful presentation of the Fine Arts from all parts of our country.

Rates subject to change. Nightly rates, 135 or 155 for holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Years, Memorial Day, 4th July, etc.) and during summer months 155 rate includes Ruidoso Jockey Club tickets for four on finish line.  Weekly rates 900 per one week stay or 800 for more than one week. Monthly rate 2500 per month or 2000 for more than one month stay.
