refrig,dw, w/d, mw, disp, and elec stove/oven.  All rooms have central air/heat and ceiling fans. Tile floors in all rooms except carpeted bedrooms.
Lanai features complete patio set with barbeque. Enclosed attached
two car garage with workspace. House has central air and
heat.

Small pets permitted with $200 pet deposit and $150 cleaning fee.

Many golf courses nearby. Beach is within 1.5 miles. Gulf beaches
are approximately forty minutes away. Restaurants, shopping and major
