Please note that this is a NON SMOKING property.

PEAK Season: JUNE, JULY, AUGUST (and Holiday weeks) -------> $1575 per week (includes tax, bed linens, and cleaning)

OFF Season:  $200 per night - 3 night minimum (includes tax, bed linens, and cleaning)

$300.00 reservation/security deposit is required when booking - this refundable deposit is returned within 10 days after check out

PAYMENT INFO:

PEAK Season: $1575 (rental amt.) + $300 (REFUNDABLE deposit) = $1875.00

TERMS:  $875 - payable with signed rental agreement. REMAINING BALANCE - Due 45 days prior to check in date
