We have a fully furnished, two bedroom + den and two bath condo in a gated community. Never lived in; all stainless steel appliances! You'll have a lanai, a covered entry-way, and a garage. Don't forget access to the pool and sundeck! There is a basketball court and a "tot lot." You are right off the highway (I-75) and have near access to the beach, golf courses, and plenty of shopping!

We require first month's rent and security due at signing and can honor only stays of a minimum of three months.
