Come and stay in Paseo for a fantastic vacation. Located in Fort Myers with easy access to Estero. Immediate availability!
We have a fully furnished, two bedroom and two bath condo in a gated community. Never lived in; all appliances included! You'll have a lanai, a covered entry-way, and a garage. Don't forget access to the pool and sundeck! There is a clubhouse and cabana for your pleasure. You are right off the highway (I-75) and have near access to the beach, golf courses, and plenty of shopping!
The best part about this location is not all the comfort you will enjoy inside, but how close you are to all Fort Myers/ Estero has to enjoy just minutes from your door. Fiddlesticks golfcourse is practically your neighbor, just a three minute drive. The Germain Arena, home to Fort Myers' finest performances, is also just ten minutes away. You are surrounded by endless attractions. Come and see what there is to see!
We require first month's rent and security due at signing and can honor only stays of a minimum of three months.

We only can accept monthly rentals (in three month increments or more) at this time. A full criminal background and credit check will also be performed before possession and lease signing. Tenant pays for that (cost $150). A deposit of $2000 is also required.
