Green Season I: May 1 to Aug 30: $1,400 per week or $250 per night (5 night minimum)

Green Season II: Sep 1 to Dec 15: $1,200 per week or $200 per night (5 night minimum)

Christmas/New Years/Easter: (Dec 16-Jan 2, April 1-8) $2,400 per week (one week minimum)

50% deposit required upon booking.

Maid service available for $25 per day additional. Add $50 processing fee & sales tax to above rates. Five night minimum for non-holiday weeks. One week minimum for noted Holiday rates above.
