High Season: Dec 15 to April 30, $1,400 per week or $225 per night

Green Season I: May 1 to Aug 30: $1,200 per week or $200 per night

Green Season II: Sep 1 to Dec 14: $900 per week or $175 per night

Christmas/New Years/Easter: $2,200 per week (one week minimum)

25% deposit required upon booking, balance due upon arrival.

Maid service available for $20 per day additional. All taxes and fees included in rates quoted above. Three night minimum for non-holiday weeks.
