Sandarac 510A is a private, corner unit which offers beautiful, panoramic views of Fort Myers Beach and the Gulf of Mexico.  Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is on the 5th floor, and offers sleeping for a maximum of six persons. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a walk-in closet and a private in-suite full bath.  The second bedroom has twin beds and a walk-in closet. The sofa in the living room is a sleeper.  We also have a full-size washer and dryer in our laundry room.  The kitchen, baths and laundry room are tiled.  We have cable television in the master bedroom and living room.  Hi speed internet is available.  There is a VCR/DVD player in the living room.  The condo is approximately 1,200 square feet.

The Sandarac is a private, residential condominium and offers a secure building by means of entrance only through keyed or pass code doorways.  The Sandarac has a large, in-ground, heated swimming pool for you to enjoy year-round.  You will also have your own covered parking space on the Sandarac property.  A picnic area with gas grill is also available for your use.  Our condo has a collection of brochures, maps and menus for you to look over, so you can familiarize yourself with the area and its activities.

We have endless views of the beach from our living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom.  Relax and look at the beach from your private patio which has screened windows, so you can enjoy the view in any weather.  The sunsets are gorgeous, and you will see pelicans, osprey, roseate spoon bills and other birds flying right past your window.  You may also see a wedding on the beach.

The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave.  Pots, pans, glasses, dishes, a blender, crock pot and silverware are included.  You will enjoy this eat-in kitchen with granite countertops.

All linens and towels are provided for your convenience.  We also offer beach towels, beach chairs and a beach umbrella for your use.

Sandarac 510A is conveniently located.  You can walk to several local restaurants and numerous shops.  The island has a trolley and the Trollee Stops are close by.  We are located on one of the nicest parts of Fort Myers Beach, just north of the Holiday Inn.

Our condo is pet-free and smoke-free.

The Sandarac offers an enjoyable vacation experience at any time of the year.  Come and experience the wondrous beauty of one of Florida’s most beautiful beaches, where you can participate in a range of outdoor activities, or simply unwind in a quiet and picturesque natural setting.  Play or relax on our beautiful beach where you can swim with the dolphins, and search for seashells, sand dollars and starfish.  Charter boats, jet skis and parasailing are all available on the beach.  Enjoy a day or night out on the Casino boat, or take the Express to Key West for the day.  There are golf courses, libraries, bowling, a movie theater, and Times Square right on the island.  Outlet malls offer wonderful shopping and are close by.
