John's pass also features commercial and charter deep sea fishing, casino and sightseeing cruises,boat,jet ski rental and parasailing.Catch the Suncoast beach trolley out on Gulf Blvd and spend the day exploring the surroundind beach communities up and  down the coast from pass a grill to downtown Clearwater, trolley comes every 20minutes.  Theme parks short distance way Busch gardens Orlando's Disney parks.                                                                                                              

3 Month minimum due to local neighborhood zoning laws. This is a 2 bedroom and 1 bath rental with a max occupancy 5 with sleeper sofa.   2010/2012 Rates  1 to 3 months $2400. USD per month plus additional (see below)    4 to 6  months $1800. USD per month additional (see below) For days less than 6 months 4% Pinellas County  Tourist tax and a 8% Florida state tax that applies(total 12%) Security Fee of $300.00 due prior to arrival will be refunded 14 days of departure.   Up to two small pets less than 30 lbs are allowed with prior approval with non refundable deposit of $100. A $500 deposit of entire stay is required to hold dates. Once reservation deposiit is, your stay dates are comfirmed. Deposit will refunded up to 30 days before4 reservation date.
