the two balconies of this spacious Gulf Front 2 bedroom + loft, 2 1/2 bath
townhouse of 1700+ living sq. ft. The first floor is the great room,
kitchen and half bath. The great room has a new inner spring
queen sofa sleeper, love
seat and chair. Dining has plenty of eating space with table and 6
chairs, along w/ 2 bar stools. The kitchen is equipped with all
electric appliances, coffee pot, toaster, ice maker, blender and new microhood microwave.

The second floor has the master bedroom, with king bed,
T.V., VCR and private bath. The guest bedroom is also located on the
second floor with a queen bed, a T.V. and private bath. There is also a full
sized washer and dryer in the hall of the second floor. The next level is the loft with 3 (three) twin beds and plenty of space to play games, do puzzles or read.
