peaceful gated gulf front community offers everything your family 
needs to make their vacation memorable. Play tennis (2 new courts: 
refinished 2004), swim in one of two pools, one of which looks out 
onto the beach and outstanding emerald waters, or fish on one of the 
fish filled ponds or offshore.

No driving to the beach, boardwalks lead you out to the beautiful 
white sugar powder sand on the Emerald coast, the Gulf of Mexico. 
Walking and bike trails lead you to the ocean, pool, tennis courts 
and playground. Barrier Dunes is adjacent to the wonderful 2500+ 
acres of St. Joseph State Park. Excellent snorkeling, scalloping and 
fishing are just a few more activities that await your fun filled

Emerald Breeze: Pool Side! Enjoy a relaxing vacation in this new two 
bedroom, two bath townhouse located across from the pool & 
tenniscourts and on the pond. All electric kitchen, 
dishwasher,microwave, washer and dryer, central heat and air, two 
TV's, two VCR's, one DVD, stereo. The first floor has the kitchen, 
great room and bedroom with a day bed/trundle that pops into a king 
bed and a full bath. The great room has a comfortable inner spring 
queen sofa sleeper. The second floor has the master bedroom with a 
king bed and full bath. The laundry room is also located upstairs 
with full-size washer and dryer unit. The master bedroom and great 
room have spacious balconies overlooking the pond. The guest 
bedroom's balcony overlooks the pool. This unit is somewhat 
childproofed with caps on electric sockets, swing gates at both 
stairways with vertical slats and locks on some cabinets. A booster 
seat (snaps on chair w/ 3 adjusting positions)and pack-n-play are 
provided. Beach chairs and boogie boards also available. Have a

of 1600+ living sq. ft. The first floor is the great room, 
kitchen and half bath. The great room has a brand new inner spring queen sofa sleeper, love 
seat and chair. Dining has plenty of eating space with table and 6 
chairs, along w/ 2 bar stools. The kitchen is equipped with all new
electric appliances, coffee pot, toaster, ice maker, blender and brand new microhood microwave. The 
second 
floor has the master bedroom, with king bed, 
T.V., VCR and private bath. The guest bedroom is also located on the 
second floor, with a T.V. and private bath. There is also a full 
sized washer and dryer in the hall of 
the second floor. The next level is the loft with 3 (three) twin 
beds and plenty of space to play games, do puzzles or read.
