January through April: Monthly - $2400.00,  Weekly - $950.00 

May through August: Monthly - $1600.00,  Weekly - $600.00,  Nightly - $95.00 (2 night minimum)

September through November: Monthly - $1800.00,  Weekly - $750.00,  Nightly - $125.00 (2 night minimum)

December: Monthly - $2400.00,  Weekly - $950.00,  Nightly - $150.00 (2 night minimum)

A refundable security deposit is required for Monthly and Weekly Rentals as follows:

Monthly Rentals: $500.00 or $1000.00 total for multiple months.

Weekly Rentals: $100.00 per week

Owner will work with potential renters to structure rental periods and rates to accommodate individual needs.
