May through August: Monthly - $1600.00, Weekly - $600.00, Nightly - $95.00 (2 night minimum)
September through November: Monthly - $1800.00, Weekly - $750.00, Nightly - $115.00 (2 night minimum)
December: Monthly - $2400.00, Weekly - $850.00, Nightly - $135.00 (2 night minimum)
A deposit is required to confirm all Rentals as follows:
Monthly Rentals: $500.00, Weekly & Nightly Rentals: 1 nights rent.
Owner will work with potential renters to structure rental periods and rates to accommodate individual needs.
