Our home is a three bedroom, or two bedroom with a den, low rise condominium in the community of Spinnaker point within Windstar.

An open plan home comprising an Entrance Hall, large kitchen with Island and bistro table that overlooks a large dining area and lounge.  The master bedroom suite has a large dressing area with walk in wardrobes, en-suite bathroom with a spa tub.  The second bedroom is light and spacious alongside the second bathroom.

The property also has a laundry room with washer and dryer, a utility room and has the benefit of an integral garage with electric door.

Spinnaker Point has stunning lake vistas and views of the 12th, 13th and 14th holes and these homes offer a large family living area, a separate den or formal dining room, a large eat-in kitchen with an island and walk-in pantry, screened lanai, and an attached garage.

Our home is located in Spinnaker Pointe with 88 carriage homes is Windstar On Naples Bay’s largest neighborhood. Residences are either two bedroom-two bath or three bedroom-three bath homes. Southpointe Marina at Windstar on Naples Bay

Windstar on Naples Bay is nestled along 2 miles of Naples Bay eastern shore and Haldeman Creek frontage. By land, we are just seven minutes to Old Naples and by sea just one mile across the Bay to Naples Dock and Marina where world class shopping and dining awaits. To the west there is immediate access to Gordon Pass into the Gulf of Mexico along the Port Royal corridor or to a southbound inland waterway passage to Keewaydin Island and Marco Island.

Windstar on Naples Bay is Naples’ only gated golf community with its own private deep-water marina with direct access to Naples Bay and the Gulf. Naturally boating is an important part of “Windstar Living”. Southpointe Marina has 72 slips and can accommodate yachts up to 70 feet. Approximately one-in-seven Windstar On Naples Bay residents moor their boats at Southpointe. These boating enthusiasts enjoy Southpointe’s direct water access to cruise and fish in Naples Bay, the Gulf of Mexico and for many, the Bahamas.

Each slip owner is a member of the Southpointe Marina which has its own Clubhouse, pool and patio social area. Southpointe Marina has a year round Harbor Master to manage the Marina for its owners.

Keewaydin Island

All Windstar on Naples Bay residents may enjoy a range of beach, nature and boating experiences without packing up the car and braving the highway system. Daily during the season, residents can take a 30-minute journey on the Keewaydin Queen boat shuttle through the Rookery Bay Reserve to our private dock on Keewaydin Island. Rookery Bay Reserve is one of the few remaining undisturbed mangrove estuaries in North America. Common sights include schools of dolphins playfully swimming boat-side, Ospreys diving for food to feed themselves or their young, manatees navigating the waterways or the soaring flight of a bald eagle.

Upon arriving at the inland waterway side of Keewaydin Island, pull carts are at the dock to carry personal belongings to the screened picnic pavilion where chaise lounge chairs and umbrella shades are available for use on the Gulf beach where miles of beautiful ‘Robinson Crusoe’ - like beachfront extend to the north and south. Shelling, swimming, sunbathing, sand-castling, and of course beachcombing make each return visit a unique and special Windstar on Naples Bay experience.
