The Tiki Hut Bay Cottage is only one block from the Delaware bay, in Villas, NJ and 8  miles north of historic Cape May

Just take a look at this 17' X 25' mahogany deck. Have your own Hawaiian Luau. This large covered deck has outside lights overhead fan, music and a tiki bar. 

The property is completely fenced in for your privacy and allows your dog to roam free. The landscaping is gorgeous and provides you with a beautiful park like setting.

Take a walk to the bay beach in the morning. Then stop back at the Tiki bar in the afternoon for a drink. Want to get cooled off? Go around back and take a dip in the 21 foot swimming pool.

Need a little recreation while the burgers are cooking? Get the horse shoes out and play a game.

Inside.

Just step inside and enjoy the open floor plan from one end of the house to the other.

Kitchen.

Wow! Convection microwave and oven, range and dishwasher are all stainless steel.  Corian counter top. Stainless sink with garbage disposal.

Bathroom.

Double Wow!! The bathroom is huge. There is a stackable digital washer and dryer and plenty of room to do your laundry. The previous owner was handicapped and needed extra room to move around. The shower has a bench seat that can be raised or lowered for disabled people.

The rest of the house is very sunny with plenty of windows and the open floor plan provides an enjoyable atmosphere for socializing.

Tired of being indoors, walk out to the 425 sq. ft. covered deck and relax at the Tiki Bar.

Eat breakfast in the morning on the covered deck.   

Cook outside on the Weber gas grill. Play horseshoes or ride your bikes. Swim in the 21' above ground pool.Relax and have a drink at the tiki bar. Listen to music. Have a luau.

Take a walk, bike ride, or jog in the quiet and restful neighborhood. Friendly people. 

The quiet  Delaware bay beach is just down the street. Fishing, shell collecting, kayaking, sailing are all up to you. Great for picnics and watching the glorious sunsets. 

Rest in this quiet area. Get away from the hustle and bustle of tourist traps.  You will truly be on 'Vacation' in this home. 

Our beach in the Villas is the Delaware bay beach(not the ocean) and it is right down the street although swimming is bay water and not like the ocean. Accessed by a very short path. And the water doesn't get deep. Unlike the beaches in Cape May that only allow dogs on the beach from Sept 15-Apr 15th, our beaches welcome dogs all year long.

The OCEAN at Cape May beaches  is about  15 minutes  away and 8 miles to get to.  Need to buy beach tags. Enter by way of West Cape May to avoid late summer traffic.

The OCEAN beaches at Wildwood are 8.5 miles (17 minutes) away. A really fun boardwalk and water park are located in Wildwood.

They also have good beaches in Townbank (next small town below Villas) that are free and you can sail your boat there. Those are only a few miles away.It's bay water but very gentle waves,and very warm. These beaches are accessible on that main road that follows along the bay heading to the ferry. Free. 

Also,you can swim at a great beach at the ferry beach- in the state park at ferry point- free.- Again, very clear, shallow for a distance, great for
small kids, warm. It's free and it's a really large beach,  has great fishing, and the water is always so warm. Has portapotties, can watch the boats and ferries going out into the bay. No crowds. New large shady gazebo.  Free parking.

Please crate your dog if you intend to leave them unattended.Two dogs maximum and no puppies.No cats.

Weekly rentals (Apr 12-Oct 19)Check in Saturday  3pm-checkout following Saturday 11AM.  Will rent 1-2 weeks at a time. No monthly rentals.
