Welcome to Lakeside Country Cottage for your Lake Norman vacation. Relax and enjoy this comfortable lakefront get-away with your family and friends and experience lake living at its best.
The home is a 3000 sq ft 2 level lake cottage with deep year round water in a quiet cove right off the main channel. We completely remodeled the home inside and out in 2011. We've took great care in choosing all new furnishings that are both comfortable and gives you a very relaxing atomosphere.

Designed with accommodations to sleep up to 16 guests easily with 6 bedrooms, 3 baths, plus a large den with a Queen sleeper and the living room with a queen sleeper. Make room for even more with the 2 queen-size air mattresses for extra sleeping. The main floor has a huge deck wrapping around the side and front overlooking the lake, a glass sun room also overlooking the lake, a full kitchen, breakfast area, dining area,master bedroom with king bed and a private bathroom, 2nd bedroom with queen bed and 2nd bathroom in hallway. The lower level has the 3rd & 4th bedroom with queen beds, 5th bedroom with full bed & 6th bedroom is a small room with twin bunk beds, 1 full bathroom on lower level, laundry closet with washer and dryer, family room, game room with a pool table. Step outside the family room onto the patio for cookouts and seating overlooking the lake and dock. .All rooms have TV's for a total of 10 so everyone can watch their favorite shows. A well planned layout for multiple family accomodations inside and out.

The dock has a pier and room for 3 boats plus a large seating area with chairs and table for relaxing beside the water. The yard is beautifully landscaped with flowering plants and pathway lighting to the dock .The house and landscaping have a nice feel that all guests can really enjoy.

The house comes with 2 kayaks and a paddle boat for you to use during your stay and we alo offer for rent, a 24-foot pontoon boat.

Our cove is just minutes from the main channel with year round water for boating or fishing from the dock. It's a great cove for swimming, floating and relaxing, too! Fishing, skiing, swimming; this area has it all! Beautiful views from the house and dock!
Lake Norman is the largest lake in North Carolina with 520 miles of shoreline; surface is
approximately 32,500 acres, eight miles wide at its widest point and 34 miles long. There's something for everyone on this lake!

Air Conditioning, Phone, Wireless Internet Connection, Cable TV, VCR, DVD, Stereo, CD Player, Playstation 2, Pool Table, Board Games, Playing Cards, infant and toddler toys. Full kitchen with Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator with Ice Maker. Dishes, Pots & Pans, Coffee Pot, Blender, Utensils and just about anything you need in a kitchen are provided. Washer, Dryer, Gas Grill & Utensils.
The main level has a Master bedroom with Kingsize Bed and private bath, 2nd bedroom with Queensize Bed and an adjacent 2nd bathroom in hall. The lower level has 1 full bathroom and 3rd bedroom with Queen ,4th bedroom with queen bed, 5th bedroom with full bed, 6th bedroom is a small youth size room and has twin-size bunk beds and a laundry closet with washer & dryer.Also downstairs is the entertainment/game room with Pool table, darts, bar, and family room with pull out Queen Size sleeper sofa and living room with queen sleeper. We can provide baby crib, high chair, and stroller by request to make your travel easier too.
We provide the sheets, towels and an initial supply of paper goods; you bring the bathing suits, flip flops and beach towels! Jump on board and enjoy your vacation!

Latta plantation, Asheboro zoo, Race shop museums, Charlotte Fine Arts and Dining, OmniMax Theater, Discovery Place, Charlotte Speedway, Hickory Furniture Mart, Carowinds, State Park, Lazy 5 Ranch, and Queens Landing Fun Park and Riverboat Cruises just to name a few! You could even take a day trip up to the mountains of Asheville to visit the Biltmore House.
We rent from Saturday to Saturday in the summer season (Memorial Day thru Labor Day) with full or partial stays available during the rest of the year.

House & Boat Rental Rates:
