Gorgeous location!ON THE BEACH!,restaurant, bar, 2 pools, spa, exercise room, putting green, tennis, close to everything yet quiet & private. HUGE spacious condo-this is a timeshare-the weeks are pretty much set-remote poss I could change it-however most weeks are booked. (No Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year's available-sorry!) This is for March 2010, 3 weeks available. Starting March 14  (one week available) & March 21 (two weeks available). You should stay 2 weeks! You waste 2 days traveling! Not rented by the day-only by the week. Rent more than one condo-bring a big group-perhaps a wedding party-get married on the beach?

Unit is 2000 sq ft with the lanai's, could possibly sleep 9-10. Priced lower than the going rate.

Three bedrooms include a king, queen, 2 doubles, sofa bed, two baths, 2 lanai's, fully equipped kitchen, DVR, TV'S, CD player, elevators, parking, 4 barbeques for guests to use, KOI pond, 2 pools, spa, tennis, exercise room, putting green, conceirge, RIGHT on the beach, volleyball, restaurant & bar on site, close to shopping, Roy's, between Napili and Kaanapali, golf, snorkeling all close by. It is fantastic for families, groups of friends, weddings, reunions. With 2 condo's on march 21-you could bring 16-20 people, you could stay March 14 by yourselves or with smaller group-than add the rest for March 21 week.

rents only by the week-3 weeks avail, one week from March 14, two weeks from March 21

usually rents for $2800-$3100 a week-this is only $2100 a week! Rent all 3 weeks and get the 3rd week for $1800!
