Boat house and dock on Lil Piney Bay a short deep water bay directly on the Homosassa River. Amenities include flat screen TV, Hi-speed internet and local phone, 2 car garage, larged screened in porch, fenced dog run 2 pet limit under 30 lbs each and plenty of parking for boat trailers. You may bring your boat, dock at the home, 5 minute boat ride to MacRae's, Cedar Key Fish House, Monkey Island and Riverside Crabhouse. Lil Piney Bay is Pet Friendly. If you wish to bring your pet, you must register the pet at the time of reservation and an additional $75.00 pet fee will be added to your rate. Book 5 nights receive to additional nights free! Old Homosassa is a preservation area with restricted development and still has a lot of the charm. The local supermarkets are only five minutes away, if you drive. Crystal River Shopping Mall contains is made up of shopping center such as Sears, Penny's and Belk.
