Luxury Kailua Beachfront Estate in Kailua

Incredible property !!! - we had 8 adults and one infant for a family re-union over 2 weeks. We came from New Zealand and New York - so we reasoned that Hawai`i was sort-of midway for families to travel . Location is unbelievable, very private, quiet and absolutely beachfront, right smack in the middle of the Kailua Beach . The beach itself has excellent swimming and was never crowded. Most days we had 100 - 200 metres of beach front completely to ourselves ( April ) Property was first class. Bedrooms are large with air conditioning plus ceiling fans each with excellent ensuites. Master ensuite is unbelievably luxurious. Kitchen had excellent facilities - we cooked our own gourmet meals onsite. Pool ( very deep one-end for diving ), spa and fountain were very well maintained. A nice extra was night lighting in the pool making night swims quite magical. All round if you have that little extra money that enables you to stretch the vacation budget I would definitely look at this property. In a way the online photos do not even do justice to the highlights of this property. Kailua Beach is the best all round beach on the Island. We were easily able to explore the rest of the Island with rental cars. We did stay 3 nights in Waikiki. But my advice would be - don't stay anymore. Spend more time on the Beach !

Greatest Vacation Ever! - the Teens Appraisal

This was the first vacation I've taken with a lot of family members (12)and everyone was extremely satisfied with the rental property. It could not have been better. Even the teenagers told me many times the house and beach were the best ever. Most of the time we all were satisfied staying at home and enjoying the pool, hot tub and the beach. We didn't have to entertain the young people. The home was beautiful and well-maintained. This was my fourth trip to Hawaii and I agree, it was perfect!

Recommended for: age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing
