Fabulous 45+ Resort, heavenly house all new furnished 2009 in Mesa

You will get in the front door and start loving this place from the first minute you enter. The living room has a vaulted ceiling and all new furniture, a sofa, a love seat, an armchair, sink in and forget. The flat screen TV has 52" and offers Cox cable (200 channels) all the music and sports channels you love plus High Definition! Home surround for DVD, CD etc. Straight ahead towards the backyard, you will find a awesomely comfortable recliner, where you will disappear for reading a book or snooze.

For those of you who hate to be disconnected, there is an office, with an office table and High Speed Internet access. This room also offers a comfortable Futon which can be unfolded and sleeps 2.

The master bedroom has big windows allowing the sight to the backyard with grapefruit and orange trees. You get two full beds, side by side or seperated, just as you prefer. Hidden in the cupboard you get your TV for late night shows, 200 cox channels available. The bathroom is connected and big. You get a seperate toilett, a shower and a seperate great bathtub. The bathroom leads into a walking closet.

The guest bedroom comes with a Queen size bed, a closet and is right next to the guest bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilett.

You will fall in love with this kitchen. Vaulted ceiling, lots of light from the front windows and a solar tube. You get all the dishes, glasses, pots and pans you need, plus a toaster, microwave, coffee maker (does normal coffee an expresso shots), oven, fridge with ice maker and iced water, slow cooker, dishwasher. Right next to the kitchen you get your dining table, one of the modern ones with high chairs, which also fit to the counter.

In front of the kitchen, outside you will find the so called "Arizona Room". It's closed with a screen to keep insects out and still allows to get a fresh breeze in. You think you sit outside, although you don't. The Arizona Room is furnished with a table and chairs for six and a longe chair. If you like to barbecue, just roll the barbecue outside and have Burgers and Steaks your way.

You also get a washing machine and drier and not to forget, to get around the resort you have a golf cart available, included in the rental price.

Two 18 hole golf courses on site. One with lots of water hazards, the other one great for your short game. One driving range, two pitch and put aereas, pro shops, restaurant/snack bar, tournaments and private lessons. Both of them within 2-3 minutes by car from the house.

Huge Fitness Center with the latest state-of-the-art equipment. Enjoy your workout on Cybex machines, run on Woodway and train on Power Plate. There are enough endurance possibilities for everybody, you also get free weights and a place to do your stretching. Join classes, such as Yoga, Pilates, Thai-Chi, Line Dancing or specialties such as Arthritis classes etc. Personal training available.

Two swimming pools each of them offering lap swimming. There are water gym classes for beginners or advanced and you also get a huge jacuzzi. Ask for water volleyball hours! You can use the steam bath or the sauna, whenever you feel like it.

Tennis courts, shuffle board, lawn bowling, basekt ball, racket ball, water volleyball. You are not the active type. There is much more, such as card room, pool room, club room or you can join one of the many craft workshops such as: photography, computer classes, jewelrey, pottery, painting, sewing, knitting, dancing, wood crafting, you name it they offer it. Computer room with internet access (if you don't bring your own computer for which you have high speed internet access in the house) and where you can print out the documents you like.

Big library with all the books you always wanted to read and a lot of magazines and news papers. They show movies on a regular basis and there is Bingo, various events and trips, just book, relax and enjoy.

There is a bank and a post office on site and should you have questions, there is always somebody at reception who would like to help.

On one side of the resort you will find a huge shopping center called "Superstition Center", offering all the shops you need. Macys, Sears, Walmart, Office Max, just to name a few and super markets such as Frye's, Albertson's, Safeway can be found just minutes away as well. There are hundreds of restaurants and fast food places just in front of your door step, cheap, casual and formal dining, as you wish. 

Five minutes from the resort you will find the famous Banner Hospital (cardiac problems) and lots of other health specialists. In the resort you get two qualified nurses to help you with your little problems. 

A 30 minutes drive brings you to the mountains, where you can hike, go river tubing on the Salt River, bike or go for a hack on horse back. Within an hour drive you get over 100 golf courses, most of them Championship Courses. You will find it hard to select.
