Older, updated historic home in Whitfield Estates, a safe, upper-middle class neighborhood just north of the airport. Only 15 minutes to the beach, St Armand's shopping, and a few minutes from Ringling Bros Museum and downtown Sarasota.
My wife and I use this studio throughout the winter, so it's extra charming...high ceilings and wood floors, Queen sized bed w/ firm sealy posturpedic mattress, artwork, wine glasses, etc.

Great for the budget minded.
Check in is 3 PM and check out is @ 10 AM (Sunday to Sunday) to allow our cleaning
service time to do their job. Please take notice of cleaniing fees listed below our rental rates.

There are NO Refunds for the following situations: Cancellations,
early departures or late arrivals; there is rescheduling with advance notice.
A $200.00 Security deposit.
$70.00 final cleaning fee is required. We are working toward going GREEN; our cleaning service is Green World Home Cleaning, check them
out on their web site. This special attention to cleaning so no fears with Flu season.
Pets will range from $25-50 per week.
US Currency, Travelers checks. We are affiliated
with PayPal through our current e-mail. Safe and secure way to pay.
