Older, updated historic home in Whitfield Estates, a safe, upper-middle class neighborhood just north of the airport. Only 15 minutes to the beach, St Armand's shopping, and a few minutes from Ringling Bros Museum and downtown Sarasota (see photo 1-6).
My wife and I use this studio occasionally throughout the winter, so everything is just so, and it's extra charming!...high ceilings and wood floors, Queen sized bed w/ firm sealy posturpedic mattress, artwork, wine glasses, etc. Lots of amenities...

$60.00 final cleaning fee is required. We are working toward going GREEN; our cleaning service is Green World Home Cleaning, check them
out on their web site. This special attention to cleaning so no fears with Flu season.
Pets will range from $25-50 per week.
