Older, updated studio in Bradenton's Historic River Districts, a safe, upper-middle class neighborhood only 3 blocks from the Bradenton River, and less than 10 minutes to the beach.
My wife and I use this studio occasionally throughout the winter, so everything is just so, lots of nice touches...tempurpedic mattress, 42" flat screen TV, lots of closet space, and it's quite charming!... wood floors, Lots of amenities...wi-fi, cable, private w/d space, more...

Check in is 3 PM and check out is @ 1 PM to allow our cleaning service time to do their job. Please take notice of cleaniing fees listed below our rental rates.

early departures or late arrivals; there is rescheduling with advance notice.
A $500.00 Security deposit, refundable.
$60.00 final cleaning fee is required. We are working toward going GREEN; our cleaning service is Green World Home Cleaning, check them
out on their web site. This special attention to cleaning so no fears with Flu season.
Pets will range from $25-50 per week.
US Currency, Travelers checks. We are affiliated
with PayPal through our current e-mail. Safe and secure way to pay.
It is free to sign up. This is a world wide service to reach those
outside the US. We are subject to 11% Sales Tax.
