This 1 BED/1 BATH SLEEPS 4  duplex is on the end of a very quiet street, just a few minutes walk to the beautiful gulf beaches for sunning and strolls along the shoreline, and a stone's throw from a bay inlet.  The unit is brand new and has everything you will need...linens, dishes/cookware, etc...very clean, neat, and welcoming.  We are also within minutes from shopping, many fine restaurants, churches, a Publix, library, the marina, and just about anything else you might need.  You'll never need to leave the island unless you want to!!  We are pet friendly to pets under 40 lbs. and we have a side yard for pet walking.

Beaches, shelling, fun pubs and restaurants nearby, snorkling, fishing excursions, chartered boat trips to the Keys, shopping, many consignment shops nearby, biking and vespa rentals, golf courses, wonderful community pool. 

RATES AND INFORMATION

• One week minimum is required.
• Cleaning fees and sales tax are included in the rates.
• $10.00 per week for pet(s), cleaning deposit of $100.00 is required and will be used toward extra pet cleaning as necessary

We gladly except Visa/MC/AMX/Disc and certified checks.  SECURITY DEPOSIT: In addition to the rates, a security deposit of $150.00 is required.  The deposit will be held until 14 days after your departure and will be adjusted for damages or extra cleaning charges.  PAYMENTS:  We require 50% payment of your staywhen your reservation is made:  full payment is due 90 days prior to arrival.  No keys will be issued until full payment has been received. No refunds given after payment in full has been received.   CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be made in writing, and must be received 45 days prior to arrival in order to receive your deposit refunded less a $25.00 cancellation fee.  No refunds after full payment has been received 90 days prior to arrival date.
