This 2 bedroom, 2 bath duplex is on the end of a very quiet street, just a few minutes walk to the beautiful gulf beaches for sunning and strolls along the shoreline, and a stone's throw from a bay inlet for fishing at your leisure.  Both bathrooms have been redone as well as the kitchen updated and we are sure that you will enjoy the nautical decor.  There is a screened-in porch where you can enjoy the cool evenings with a glass of wine, or coffee in the morning as you decide on your plans for the day.  We are also within minutes from shopping, churches, a Publix, library, the marina, movie theatre, and just about anything else you might need.  You'll never need to leave the island unless you want to!!

RATES AND INFORMATION

• One week minimum is required.
• Cleaning fees and sales tax are included in the rates.
• $25.00 per week for pet(s), cleaning deposit of $100.00 is required and will be used toward extra pet cleaning as necessary
• Jan., Feb., Mar. monthly rate:  $2250.00
• Jan., Feb., Mar. weekly rate:  $750.00
• Nov., Dec., April, and May monthly rate:  $1950.00
• Nov., Dec., April, and May weekly rate: $650.00
• June, July, August, Sept., Oct. monthly rate: $1500.00
• June, July, August, Sept., Oct. weekly rate:  $500.00

We gladly except Visa/MC/AMX/Disc and certified checks.  SECURITY DEPOSIT: In addition to the rates, a security deposit of $250.00 is required.  The deposit will be held until 14 days after your departure and will be adjusted for damages or extra cleaning charges.  PAYMENTS:  We require 50% payment of your stay at least 90 days prior to your your arrival or when your reservation is made:  full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.  No keys will be issued until full payment has been received.  CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be made in writing, and must be received 45 days prior to arrival in order to receive your deposit refunded less a $50.00 cancellation fee.
