Very"Exclusive"home with the Best service Owner

The house is wonderful, exclusively decorated and very clean. Cleaner than many luxury hotels that we have been to. And we have been to quite a lot. Many people write exclusive home but is not it, But "This house is Exclusive!!
And everything was already in the house that made the holiday started really well and perfekt.
My husband and I wanted a house with high standards. We went and looked at many
house and no one has matched this house. And I'm very picky. Our daughter has
asthma and there has been a problem, but not here, they have a central vacuum.
And the kitchen is perfect. And the heated pool with hot tub, we all loved. And we loved the big TV and all channels, HD Video, Blue Ray, internet access with printer that a big pluss, it could not be better. We come from Sweden and it is usually easily become stressful and anxious to go to onother Country, but the owner helped us and was very service oriented and took away all the worries and
stress. Area is wonderful, wonderful walking, golf, tennis and the club house was very nice,with a lovely restaurant with very good food. Close to Wall Mart, Publix and restaurants. Shopping Outlet and Mall really cheap, we recommend to visit Ellenton Outlet Mall.
I 75 very close so it's easy to find and get to the Beach which is really nice, Tampa, Busch Gardens and Water Park. I will come here again, so I recommend this house strong. And I think it is the Best house fore a vaccation,
for us and other. And I promis the owner is going to do the best he can to help you to get the best vaccation.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, sight seeing, romantic getaway

WONDERFULL LUXURIOUS PROPERTY

I spoke to Dean the owner several times and he was extemely nice and helpfull. He rang to see if everything was ok several times during our stay. The house is everything it is described as and we had a wonderfull holiday. I would definately recommend this villa to absolutely anyone. It is so close to the main highway and you have to pass the biggest Walmart ever to get there. It is right in the middle of everywhere; short distance to Bradenton Beach and Anna Maria Island, 45 minutes to Tampa and St Petersburgh and 30 minutes to Sarasota plus the amazing Myakka wildlife park.. There is also a large Florida Outlet Mall less than 10 minutes away. We hope to be back soon and will certainly reccommend the villa to anyone wanting quite luxury in the heart of a brilliant area. Thank you Dean for all you help and for allowing us to stay in your georgeous home.

Wonderful Property!

This was a beautiful, very clean, well maintained home. We loved everything about this property and it was a pleasure dealing with the owner, Dean and his wife. We can't wait to stay here again!!!!!
