San Benito Beach House in front of the beach (2 Floors) in Chicxulub

Ideal for spending a quiet, relaxing vacation with your family in a
suburban environment, it's a very nice place to take a vacation and
relax with the sound of the sea and the sunset and sunrise.

Beautiful, very confortable home. Two-story. Located 40 minutes from
Mérida, 20 minutes from Progreso and 15 from village of Chicxulub.

Fully equiped with Gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and hot water heater, oven, dishes, cups, glasses, puriffied water dispenser(only the first bottled is includded), with 2 tvs with local channels and automatic antenna.

The house has 2 floors, for your comfort. There is a terrace

at the front of the beach, The house has 4 bedrooms,

5 bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, car parking and

it is totally furnished and equipped, In each bedroom there are twin size beds and bathroom.

* Beachfront Master bedroom with AC with one terrace on the front.

*1 complete bathroom.

*Beach chairs.

*Laundry facilities at home.

In Chicxulub and in Progreso you can find post offices, banks with
ATM’S, hospitals, drugstores, parks, a market, clothing stores,
Laundromats, handcrafts, cyber centers and excellent restaurants of
seafood along the seaside walk in front of the sea.

Snorkeling, sailing, windsurf, fishing, swimming, kite lessons in a beach club near by, rent all type of seamotors, beach walking on the sunset, shell collecting and exotic bird watching can all be done from the beach in front of the house.

Amateur fishing can be arranged in Chicxulub with the local
fishermen.
