Welcome to the beautiful Villa Santa Monica in the heart of Cape Coral, right on the water. Palm trees surround this lovely Gulf access pool home, built in 2002.  It is located at the end of a quiet street.

It’s a 3 bedroom and 2 1/2 bathroom home. The master bedroom has a King Size bed, flat screen TV, Comcast HD Premium service, dresser, night stands, remote controlled fan and walk in closet. Master bathroom has his and hers wash basins, bath tub and separate shower area. The guest room has a Queen Size bed, flat screen TV, Comcast HD Premium Service, night stands, walk in closet and own bathroom with shower. The guest bathroom leads directly out onto the pool deck. Third bedroom has Full-Twin bunk bed and sliding glass doors to the rear patio.

From the living room and master bedroom you have a pool and canal view. From the third bedroom and rear patio you have a partial lake view.  A kitchen and dining area is nice with an island in the middle for extra storage and counter space. Two car garage leads directly into the house to the laundry room.

The private pool is nestled in a large pool deck surrounded by beautiful landscaping and a water view. Lanai is perfect for relaxed day and a gas grill is available for a wonderful Barbecue in the warm evening hours watching sunset and wide canal (rear exposure to West). There is a beautiful boat dock for you to tie your boat and access to the Gulf of Mexico. You can  rent our boat and be out in the Gulf of Mexico.  The dock is equipped with sun chairs and sunbrella. The screened patio has several sun loungers and dining set.

Fort Myers International Airport lets you fly in from anywhere in the world and you will reach Cape Coral and your vacation home, via car, in about 20 minutes.

Villa Santa Monica is located in the southwest area of Cape Coral at the water. If you’re traveling with children, they can tire themselves out in the pool, which is heated in daytime. There are many shopping possibilities close by, closest grocery store in about few minutes! Downtown Cape Coral or Fort Myers is easily reachable by car.

You will have plenty of opportunities to walk along the white beaches of SW Florida, or to simply just swim in the Gulf of Mexico. And if you’re lucky you’ll be able to see and swim with the dolphins. Playing golf is as big a hobby around here like heading out with the boat. From your own boat dock, or one of many yacht clubs, you’ll easily reach a dreamy island or catch the biggest fish of your life. One of the favorite ways to spend ones time here in this area is – shopping. Many malls and shops simply invite to shop. There are plenty of Restaurants that cater to your every taste and needs.

Villa Santa Monica is about 10 minutes away from Fort Myers, 15-30 minutes from the beaches of Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva Island or Lowers Key. Tarpon Point Marina's and Cape Harbour's restaurants and shops are just 5-10 minutes away from house!
