Our Townhome in PGA Village is located within the gated community of Castle Pines, adjacent to the PGA Village Golf Club. The THREE on site PUBLIC PGA Championship GOLF Courses include the Wanamaker and Ryder Courses designed by Tom Fazio and the Dye Course designed by Pete Dye. There is also the PGA Golf Learning Center, a 35 acre facility, with world class technology, visit the PGA Golf website for additional golf information. Castle Pines has its own stunning zero entry swimming pool and hot tub in a tropical setting a short walk from our townhome.

Our Luxurious First Floor, end unit, 3 bedroom/ 2 bath fully furnished Townhome has a large Master Suite with a QUEEN size bed and walk in closet. The Master Bath has dual sinks, an oversized soaking tub and a separate oversized enclosed shower. The second bedroom has a QUEEN size bed and the third bedroom has two Twin beds. The Professionally Decorated Townhome was built in 2005. We have a spacious open floorplan for the Livingroom, Dining Room and fully functional Kitchen. We have Central Air Conditioning, a one car Garage, a backyard Lanai and a Washer & Dryer within the Townhome. Our Livingroom has a new 40 inch high definition flat screen HD1080p TV with expanded Cable TV Stations, and ALL three bedrooms have Flat Screen HD TV's; we have Computer Internet; high speed DSL with wireless/ WiFi connection, on site WiFi Printer and Telephone including FREE long distance for USA & Canada.

-A 30% deposit & $300 refundable security deposit are required at time of reservation booking. The remaining balance and an $80 exit cleaning fee is due 30 days prior to arrival. Your Security Deposit will be refunded subject to inspection of the property.
-Payment accepted by check or money order.
-No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival.
-Cancellations must be in writing, no refunds for early departures.
