Vacation on the Beach in Hutchinson Island

This two bedroom, two bath condo is located on the Atlantic Ocean on North Hutchinson Island, between Stewart and Vero Beach, Florida.  The condo is on the third floor and overlooks our lovely pool and pristine beach; which is uncrouded, clean, and naturally beautiful with native sea oats and dunes.  On the west side of the island is the Indian River Lagoon, flowing into the Intercostal Waterway.  This unique area on the east coast of Florida provides a habitat for an abundance of wild life, such as nesting sea turtles, gopher turtles, bobcats, dolphins, and manatees; as well as a wide variety of Herons, Rosette Spoonbills, and Ospreys.

The downtown waterfront area with a paved walkway along the Indian River is only a few minutes away; with restaurants, marina, charter fishing trips, farmers market, and shops.  For unlimited shopping, Palm Beach Gardens is less than an hour.  Disney World, Sea World, Epcott, Universal Studios, and Cape Kennedy Space Center are all less than a two hour drive.  Palm Beach International Airport is one hour South, and the Melbourne International Airport is one hour North of the condo. The Orlando International Airport is one hour and 45 minutes away. 

This condo is completely furnished with everything you may desire for a dream vacation.  The master bedroom has a queen bed, a walk-in closet, and adjoins the master bath.  The second bedroom has a king bed, walk in closet, and the second bath is just outside the bedroom door.  The Kitchen has a refrigerator with ice maker, range/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker.  All dishware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils are provided.  The large swimming pool below is heated, and is great for laps or water aerobics.  Lounge chairs for sunning surround the pool, together with tables and umbrellas.  Next to the pool and the boardwalk that leads to the beach, there is a BBQ area with a grill, tables, and chairs.  Washers and dryers are provided on each floor of the building at no cost to guests.

This area is well known for the best fishing in Florida, whether you choose the inland waters around the mangroves, the Fort Pierce Inlet, or the open ocean.  Across the street from the condo is Wild Cat Cove, a county park with several docks for fishing, observing wildlife in their natural habitat, or enjoying the beautiful Florida sunsets.  Encircling this area is a three mile hiking/nature trail with numerous lookout points around the lagoon.  A half-mile North on A1A is Jacks Island Reserve with a six-mile hiking/nature trail and an observation tower overlooking the Indian River Lagoon.

The Inlet State Park is just minutes away, with nature trails and beautiful beaches bordering the inlet. There are several Golf Courses conveniently located nearby, and a tennis court is located on the grounds.  Kayak and Jet Ski rentals are available in the area.  Sailing cruises, fishing charters, and airline service to the Bahama Islands are also available nearby.  The Sunrise Theater featuring Off-Broadway productions is located in downtown Fort Pierce near the waterfront area.  We have many art shows in downtown Fort Pierce, as we are home to the famous Highwayman artists.  Waterfront craft shows and art festivals occur frequently during the winter months.

Winter Season Rates (December 1 - April 30)

One Month - $2400/Month
Two Months - $2400/Month
Three Months - $2300/Month

Off-Season Rates (April 1 – November 30)

$700 per week, longer stays negotiable.

A $500 Deposit Required with Reservation

Quoted rates are for one couple (2 adults).  Each additional tenant will be charged $50 per week.

Water and Network Cable TV are included.  The first $30 of the Electric Bill is also included in the above rates.  Tenant is responsible for any additional charges. 

A small pet (under 20 pounds) is allowed with a $100 non-refundable deposit

A cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed.
