It is located two blocks from Ocean Drive and 3rd street beach and is three blocks away from the new South Pointe Park.

The Studio/Apt is located on the south beach circulator route.  The 'Circulator' is a bus that runs along Washington Ave From 1st Street to 17th Street (to Lincoln Road Mall and The Miami Beach Convention Center).  The bus is only .25 cents each way.

New granite kitchen with stove, microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, cooking utensils, full size fridge, air conditioning, alarm clock, Queensize bed (linens & towels are provided),  Dining area , big walk in closet,  27" flat screen with cable, DVD, FREE High Speed Internet (in room).  Coin washer and dryer in building.

You will be staying in the heart of South Beach and Miami Art Deco district!  It's just 20 minutes from Miami Int'l Airport, 15 minutes from the Port of Miami and 30 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Airport.

The Studio/Apt is in walking distance to the best restaurants (Joe's Stone Crab, Nemo's, Prime One Twelve, Tuscan Steak, etc.) and  South Pointe Park which is only 3 blocks away! Watch the cruise ships cruise by while having dinner and drinks at 'Smith & Wollensky'!

Also, close to the best nightlife(the 'new' Amnesia Nightclub 2 blocks away) and museums that Miami Beach has to offer!

Shopping on Collins and 6th includes BananaRepublic, GAP, Adidas, etc!

Close to the new "5th & Alton" shopping complex! (includes BestBuy, Ross dress for less, TJ Maxx, Staples, The Vitamin Store, and Publix Grocery Store) all just recently opened!

Full payment must be received prior to arrival (unless otherwise
agreed at time of reservation). Once payment has been made you will
receive a confirmation email and any additional information needed. Keys will be provided at time of check in.

Cancellation policy:

CANCELLATIONS - A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and or reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.

MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS: Monthly renters must cancel one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least ninety (90) days prior to check-in. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.

Cancellations made on the day before or day of arrival are not
entitled to a refund.
