Mile High/LCDTV/Spa/GameRm/BigKitchen in Big Bear Lake

The Mile High home is located in Bear City and its close to the snow play and sledding area.  Local markets and restaurants are nearby.   The Convention Center is around the corner and we have outdoor craft fairs, farmers market during the year and the popular  Octoberfest is held here.

This is a 4 bedroom two bath home that has been reworked, new windows, new carpet, doors, and granite counter tops thru out .

It comes with  bedroom # 1 has a king size bed and a queen size futon, bedroom # 2 has a king size bed, bedroom # 3 has king size bed and bedroom # 4 has two single beds, other sleeping  is a futon in the game room.  Here's the break down, 3 king, 2 singles, 2 queen futons and it sleeps 12 only.

We have a large screen Plasma TV, a designer built kitchen with everything you need to prepare a dinner for your family.  New granite counter tops and all new stainless steel appliances.  A spacious home for every occasion.

We are next to the airport so the outdoor patio is great to watch them take off.

Right down the street you can walk the waters edge and walk along and check out the birds and trout jumping out of the water.
