Tropical Pool Home in Plantation in Venice

Guests are greeted by a burst of bougainvillea over the double front door upon entering this fabulous single home which is filled with decorator touches - custom window treatments in every room, crown moulding and more. The large, open living area leads to the jewel of the home - a breathtaking 6 ft. deep heated pool and spa with a spacious lanai area for dining and lounging. Lots of palms and other tropical plants surround the pool cage.   The bedrooms have new furniture with top quality mattresses.  Wexford on the Green is a small, safe and friendly gated community within Plantation Golf and Country Club, a short drive from the many beaches Venice and the surrounding area has to offer. 

Master suite with queen sized bedroom furniture, armoir with flat screen TV, new, plush carpeting, large walk in closet with pocket door, ensuite bathroom with roman shower, separate double sink area and separate toilet area with pocket door for privacy and a spacious linen closet.

Second guest bedroom has gorgeous queen sized mahogany bedroom furniture, flat screen TV, plush carpeting, and a large closet.  This bedroom is next to the second hall bath with tub and shower.

The third bedroom is furnished as a den with a leather queen sized sofabed and chest of drawers for occasional overnight guests.  

A spacious, white kitchen has all of the modern amenities, including a large side by side refrigerator.  The kitchen comes complete with new cookware, coffeemaker and teapot, blender, Forman grill, dishes, and everything else you may need during your stay.  A large built-in pantry is great for storing food and other supplies.

The main living areas have beautiful ceramic tile and high ceilings, making these spacious areas seem even larger.  The living room has a custom made sectional sofa and a new flat screen TV.  There are four dining areas - a formal dining area, a counter with stools in the kitchen, a breakfast nook off of the kitchen and a dining table with four chairs on the lanai.

The design of this home makes it ideal for two couples, and provides the perfect atmosphere for entertaining. 

One look at the pool pictures will show why this home is among the best seasonal rentals in Venice.  It is so lovely and inviting, you may never want to leave!  A new electric heater has been installed for heating the spa or pool during cooler weather (above 70 degrees).  Thick, cushy pool floats from Frontgate are provided.

There is a laundry room off of the kitchen with washer and dryer.  Bath and Beach towels, bed linens, beach chairs, Coolio titanium beach umbrella, cooler, barbeque grill, and two new beach cruiser bikes are included.   There is a 2-car attached garage (parking for 1 car inside, 2 outside). There is a community heated pool just down the street.

Venice is known for its tropical beauty, historic downtown area, beaches and golf courses.  The Plantation community is famous for its lush, well-kept grounds and splended homes.  The safe, friendly environment in Wexford on the Green (a gated community) makes it easy to relax and enjoy your stay.  There are excellent restaurants, shopping, state parks, biking and walking trails.  Nearby Gasperilla Island and Sanibel Island to the south and Siesta Key, St. Armands Circle and Annamaria Island to the north, are great day trip destinations.

One month minimum rates as follows:

December - April - $3,700 per month - Ask about discount for 3 month rental

All other months - $2,700 per month

Rates are based on double occupancy.  $200 per month electric cap. Plus applicable Florida tax (currently 12%).

$500 security deposit (extra deposit for multiple months to hold reservation)
