Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful, very confortable home. Two-story. Located 40 minutes from 
Mérida, 10 minutes from Progreso and 5 from village of Chicxulub.

Fully equiped. Gas stove, refrigerator and hot water heater. 
Beacfront Master bedroom with AC. The house has one terrace on the 
front and another one in the back. 
Covered parking for 2 cars.
Uaymitun is the spot with the most beautiful beaches in the area. 
Priceless view at dawn and dusk. The beaches are wide and great for 
walking and seashelling. Endemic vegetation create a beautiful and 
private enviroment to the front of the house.

Public transportation that goes by right behind the house every 15-20
minutes towards Chicxulub, Progreso, Mérida and Telchac (twice a 
day). However, having a car would be more comfortable. 
The locals at Chicxulub are very friendly and you can find there 
most of the services: telephone, internet, market (meat, 
seafood, veggies, etc), video store, laundry, bakery, restaurant,  
etc.  

1 hour drive from mérida airport and 4 from Cancun.

3 bedrooms:
  - upstairs:
    1 w/AC, double size bed, ceiling fan, full bathroom,   
      beachfront balcony, places for hammocks.

      hammocks.
    1w/ceiling fan, 2 twin beds, places for hammocks.

3 full bathrooms.
2 terraces(front and back). Terrace and beach furniture.
Covered parking for 2 cars.
Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, cooking 
and serving utensils, dishes, silverware, etc.
Hammock and all linen provided,
TV, DVD.
Caretakers, house cleaning once a week.

Activities and Attractions

Seashelling, exotic birdwatching, swimming, etc.
In the area:
Beach club where you can do wind and kite surf, sailing and has a 
delicious restaurant.
Fishing and scuba diving can be arranged in Chicxulub with the local 
fishermen.
Mayan ruins in the area.
18 hole golf court near by.

Vacation Rental Rates

September - June $390 USD per week or $1,100 USD per month
December 15 till January 5th $550 usd per week
July - US $4,000 per month
August - US $4,000 per month
Holy and Easter - US$1,200 each week
Security Deposit: 300 USD
Minimum Rental Period 1 week

The caretakers clean the house once a week. Extra cleaning can be 
arranged as well.
