The property is nestled into a section of the Coastal Foothills called the Irish Hills, as it stays mostly green all year long. As you travel down the private road that leads to the property you will be overtaken by gorgeous, picturesque and forever views. Guests most certainly feel a sense of safety and security once they pass through the security gates that are the doorway to the estate. Our guests are greeted by a noticeable state of quietness as they enter the villa. From this longtime Family Compound you will have an opportunity to share the experience of being an easy walk to town as well as a short 5 mile bike ride or trail hike to the Beach, Morro Bay, The Bay Bird Sanctuaries or coffee by in the Back Bay by the pier. Guests will be able to enjoy horse trails out the gates of the property; that invite the Hiker to create special memories by visiting the rare and beautiful settings of Montana De Oro Wildlife Preserve, Sand Dunes, Pigmy Oak Forest, and Secluded Beaches. The newly appointed Villa has all the amenities. The floors are made of Rich Koa Wood imported from the Rain Forests of Brazil. There is no doubt, it is the perfect setting for a romantic experience. It has Two Person Shower, Two Person Bath Tub,Cozy Breakfast Nook and a clean Woodless Fireplace. Other amenities include a Small Convection Oven with Two Burners, Microwave, Eating Utensils, Walk-in-closet, Washer & Dryer, Cable Television, DVD player, High Speed Wireless Internet Connection. A Viewing Deck with a Gas Barbecue and Sitting Area. Small Pets may be allowed (Check with Owner). NO CATS.

If hiking, biking or horses are your love then you have come to the perfect place. Within a few minutes’ drive, you can find trails on Black Hill, Cerro Cabrillo, and, of course, the Yosemite of the Central Coast--Montana De Oro State Park. How about golf? One of the most beloved golf courses in California is just a 15 minute drive away in Morro Bay on a hill overlooking the Bay and the Pacific ocean. If you want to golf closer to the sand and bay, then the Sea Pines golf course might be for you. It is only a three minute drive from the Family Compound.

Los Osos is a small residential community wrapped scenically around the south end of Morro Bay. Only 14,000 people are lucky enough to call Los Osos home. They love it, it is off the beaten path, most Tourist don't know about it, so it has little traffic and is very quiet. If you want more action then head off down the picturesque Los Osos Valley inland to San Luis Obispo; which is just 15 minutes away. You can share in something the folks in Los Osos enjoy everyday i.e. the peace of mind knowing that it is one of the safest communities in the entire State. It is just a short drive from the Internationally recognized California Polytechnic University. During your stay you can enjoy a performance at its fabulous Performing Arts Center or downtown San Luis Obispo Farmers Market every Thursday night and the Mission de Tolosa, and of course you can always enjoy the awesome sunsets and sunrises just around the corner at the World-Class Beach known as Montana De Oro State Park.

We love our home and we are so happy to share it with you. It is located on a quiet street that dead-ends at the Elfin Forest. Our home is spacious and comfortable and quiet. We just added a brand new living room with large view windows and a viewing deck above. Get ready for some delicious solitude.  Beach swimming, world-class surfing, kayaking, fishing, boating, boat rentals/guided tours for whale watching or deep sea fishing, hiking, mountain biking, Montana de Oro State Park, Antique shopping, Farmers Market with live entertainment, movie theaters, Scenic Hwy 1 Big Sur Coast, Hearst Castle, Elephant Seal mating and birthing beach, otters and sea lions, sun bathing, Tennis Courts, Library, Marine/History Museum, Zoo (Atascadero), Horseback Riding on the Beach. Bird watching in Sweet Springs or from the boardwalk in the Elfin Forest.  All of the towns around and in between have unique offerings for you to enjoy. Wine tasting in this area is legendary.

Half of the total due at time of reservation. $50 booking fee will be charged for all cancellations.   Full refund, less the $50 booking fee if there is at least a 30 day written notice of cancellation prior to starting date of stay.  There will be no refund in the event cancellation is made less than 30 days from the start date of you booked reservation with one exception i.e. we are able to rebook a new guest for the same time period, in which case you will receive a full or prorated refund, less the $50 booking fee for cancellation. Guests agree to assume full responsibility for any damage they may happen to cause during their stay.

Cleaning Fees $25/day $75.00/week or $175/month
