Grand Victorian in Old Orchard Beach

The Grand Victorian had its first official grand opening in October 2006. The doors opened for the beginning of the "Victorian era" bringing the start of the modernizing of downtown Old Orchard.

Located in the heart of downtown Old Orchard Beach, the pier is directly across from our building with Palace Playland to the right. The building is comprised of 51 private condominiums with 8 retail spaces conveniently located on the first floor of the Grand Victorian. There is an indoor heated pool, exercise room, sauna, and showers and changing rooms.

As our guest you will have access to all of the amenities and luxuries of a first class hotel. All of our privately owned condos are elegantly furnished and tastefully decorated to meet the needs of our most deserving clientele. You can tiptoe down to the salon for a massage, manicure/pedicure or personal hair styling. Please make sure that you stop by our main lobby area to visit the staff and begin your journey through down town Old Orchard Beach or for a stroll on the beach.

Old Orchard Beach has been welcoming tourists and families to its beautiful 7-mile stretch of perfect sand beach for over 170 years. Families love all of the family-friendly activities and amusement parks including the veritable beach front Palace Playland Park. There is nightly entertainment including dancing at the end of the Pier, plus weekly fireworks and concerts, world-class golf, fabulous fishing, whale watch tours, bird-watching and so much more. Old Orchard’s Pier is the center of the recreational offerings. Extending nearly 500 feet over the Atlantic Ocean, the Pier features shops, eateries, games of skill, and nightlife.
