Historic 19th century landmark district in lower Manhattan's premier filmmaking centre, with much resident celeb spotting. Tribeca Film Festival starts April 17. Tribeca is one of the areas of NY that is not permitted to be altered or changed in any way by the NY landmarks commission. It is a look into another era and should be enjoyed by walking amid it's wide, foot friendly streets and 19th century buildings. Easily accessible everywhere in NY. Family friendly area with charming old cobblestone streets for easy walking and express subway/taxis on next block, 10 min.to midtown with quick access to museums, theatre, great shopping and surrounded by many world class restaurants and upscale boutiques/shops. Grocery shopping nearby with neighborhood safe at all hours. No commercial venues, pets, parties and non smoking only . Children always welcome with proper supervision. This spacious, well designed loft apt has a front and rear seating plan, with cable TV in both rooms, which works nicely when traveling with friends or family. There is one queen bed in one bedroom and two twin beds in another bedroom. There is one additional twin bed and a double sofabed in the front living room and there are two living rooms, front and back, so one can be designated a third bedroom if needed. As it can be 2 apts in one and if a couple only, we can often make the 1 bedroom rear apt available as it has a separate entrance. It is completely outfitted/equipped, so guests can travel light. All linens, basic toiletries, hairdryer, paper products, kitchen spices and much more provided. Cable, private laundry and internet included in pkg.

Hudson River Promenade nearby with children's only playground, along with tennis, ping pong, basketball, biking and many other sporting activities available, including a trapeze school. Family friendly area. Catch the ferry to Statue of Liberty or Science Museum

Walkable to the 9/11 site, Greenwich Village, Lower East Side and SOHO.  Great shopping & biking nearby.

Smaller apt options available for smaller groups: Within 60 days to arrival and 90 days to Dec arrivals payment must be completed. Any cancellation requests or changes to already reserved dates must be requested in writing before 60 days to arrival, so we can try to rerent it for you. We will try to rerent your booked dates for you up to 30 days to arrival and if we are able to rerent all or part of your  reserved dates, payment is then refundable for the days we can rerent, minus a $200. cancellation fee. 30 days to arrival we are unable to rerent for you and payments are non refundable.  We are not responsible for events beyond our control other than the apt is available with all essentails services for your dates. We always suggest guests purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. We do accept credit cards, bank transfers, wires, checks or cash. We do not absorb any fees associated with payment method and such fees are added to initial payment or deducted from security refund.
