Vantage Point Condominium, first floor canal front end unit. This sunny, bright, clean and spacious condo is on the first floor of a 2-story condominium complex of 35 units. It is located within an easy 1/2 mile (.5) walk to Marco Island's South Beach public beach area. Enjoy our lovely pool, club house, BBQ grills and social get-togethers (in season). Enjoy your morning coffee, meals or cocktails on the screened walk-out lanai overlooking the canal. Fish from the dock, view dolphins and birds in this friendly community. Full kitchen, washer & dryer, basic cable, central a/c, local phone. Fully furnished, linens, beach chairs, umbrella. This unit sleeps a maximum of 4 persons. Please...Non-Smokers Only. No pets of any kind or size. Nearest airport is Fort Myers - about a 50 minute drive. Marco Island and nearby Naples offer a multitude of events and activities for everyone.
