June 27 through August: $1,600.00/week (Saturday to Saturday)
or $250.00/night (four night minimum)
Full payment due four weeks prior to arrival date.
$350.00 refundable security deposit required for reservation.
$ 75.00 Departure Maid Service Fee deducted from deposit.
