June 11-July 2: $1,400.00/week (Saturday to Saturday) or $200.00/night (four night minimum)

July 2 through August 27: $1,600.00/week (Saturday to Saturday) or $250.00/night (four night minimum)

Full payment is due four weeks prior to arrival date.
$350.00 refundable security deposit required for reservation.
$ 75.00 Departure Maid Service Fee will be deducted from deposit.
