Everyone that has ever come to  this home talks about the positive energy that is within. It is a very calming environment. From the minute you walk inside and absorb the soft, soothing colors of the home, then open the blinds and look outside at the blue water of the deep water canal. It is breathtaking!

If you don't want to, you don't have to go anywhere. There is plenty of fun to be had fishing off the dock - one of my husbands' and sons' favorite pass times. Or having a relaxing BBQ  outside. Relaxing on the patio and absorbing the beauty. Watch the dolphins swim by in the canal, or the cranes that walk in the back yard!

The home is a comfortable 1,400 square feet plus a large screened in porch. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with one car garage. Full eat-in kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, pots, pans, dishes, large pantry.

The bedrooms are large. The master has a walk-in closet, king size bed and it's private bathroom with shower. There is a television set in the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a king size bed and a single mattress/bed that is perfect for a child. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower.

The family room has huge sliding glass doors that lead out to the screened in porch and overlooking the deep water canal. There is a television set in the family room and a futon that opens up to a double bed.

Outside there is a floating dock and sea wall. There is plenty of room to bring your boat if you like. Within minutes you are on the gulf of Mexico with some of the most beautiful islands and sand bars for swimming and shelling.

Screened porch, floating dock, private community beach. Kitchen: coffee pot, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, chopper, mixer, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, serving bowls and more.

Bedrooms: king size beds plus a single bed, all linens, towels. Walk in closets in both rooms. Private bath with shower in master.

Garage: One car garage, full washer dryer.

Nicely furnished throughout, TV in master bedroom and family room. Futon in family room that opens up to double bed.

Electricity, water, garbage pick up, yard maintenance and basic cable are included.

Community private beach. Minutes to famous Tarpon Springs sponge docks with lots of great shops and good Greek food! Close to shopping, malls, grocery stores, movie theaters and tons of restaurants. 

Gambling cruises, bingo, fishing tours, water sports all very close by. Howard Park and Beach - great park for picnics and a very nice beach just minutes away in Tarpon Springs. Honeymoon Island and Caladesi Island. 

30 minutes to Bush Gardens, Tampa, Ybor City. 30 minutes to Clearwater with it's beautiful beaches and Sunset on the Beach Festivals they have throughout the year. About 45 minutes from St. Pete and Treasure Island. Tampa Bay Aquarium and Science Center. John's Pass, Treasure Island. Weeki Wachee to the North.

90 minutes to Sarasota and surrounding areas. 90 minutes to Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Outlet malls and all that Orlando has to offer.

Monthly rate - includes water, garbage and electricity and basic cable.

May - August $1,900 per month

September - April - $2,200 per month

50% due with reservation plus $500 refundable damage deposit. Balance due 30 days prior  to arrival.

90 day notice for cancellations.
