The Biscayne House is a reverse floor plan that offers alot of privacy. Ground level offers a 2 car garage with extra refrigerator and has also been set up as a wreck room with sofas and tv/vcr. Next level is a bedroom with a queen bed, full bath, den with a queen sleeper, washer/dryer. The top level offers the master bedroom with king, full bath, tv/vcr and 3rd bedroom with a queen bed, tv, full bath. Living area with fireplace, dining room seating 10, 4 barstools and a very well equipped kitchen. Large deck off of living and dining areas.
