This corner unit is ideal for two couples or family members traveling together who expect a high-quality vacation experience. The master bedroom with king bed has its own luxurious tile bath, and the spacious guest bedroom with queen bed and walk-in closet is just across the hall from a second full bath.  The unit measures about 1600sf, and is on the fourth floor.  It offers its own parking place behind a locked gate, at the bottom of the steps into the unit.

The spacious oceanview terrace overlooks the infinity pool, the city, and on to the Bay of Banderas.  Perfect for watching the nightly fireworks and catching every ocean breeze and colorful sunset.  The outdoor dining set seats six.  There are also three barstools at the kitchen island for casual entertaining.

The unit is equipped with cable TV, high-speed wireless internet, and an ipod mini speaker system.  A laundry room with full-size washer and dryer is located just off the kitchen for your convenience.

This is based on a one-week minimum rental and includes all taxes and maid service.  The Christmas and New Years holidays are not available, as it is occupied by its owners during that time, but Thanksgiving is open at the high season rate.  We have other units that are open over the holidays, so please check with us.  We live here on site and rent a number of our neighbor's condos.  We offer personalized service to help you have the best possible holiday here in Puerto Vallarta.  If you are interested in a long-term rental, special rate accommodations will be entertained.
