The home has modern heating and air-conditioning and there is lighted parking on the street directly in front of the house or 16 parking lot in back..Beautiful native Sonoran desert;landscaping enhances the beauty of the home. The back yard offers a party swimming pool with seating and spa. Plenty outdoor seating for entertaining.
