Unit size and quality: *****(5 Stars). This 1150 square foot unit has been meticulously cared for and decorated. This townhome is located near the front of the complex, so it is a short 2 minute walk to the gondola (about 100 yards).  When you drive up, you will be able to pull into the heated parking garage.  If you have additional cars, it can be parked in the driveway.  

When you enter, you will immediately notice the care and attention that owner has taken when decorating and maintaining this unit.  In the living room, you can warm up by the gas fireplace, enjoy a good movie on the large, flatscreen TV with DVD player.  The couch does pull out into a sleeper sofa to sleep 2 additional people.

The full kitchen is well-equipped kitchen with everything you will need to cook a meal away from home. The dining room table will seat 6 people comfortably.

The master bedroom features a queen sized bed and cable TV, as well as a private bathroom with double sinks and jetted tub. The second bedroom has two twin sized beds, cable TV and DVD player. The second full bathroom is just outside the second bedroom. If you need to work while you are away, you will also enjoy the free wireless internet access.

The many windows and the balcony will allow you to enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains from the deck and living areas.

Red Hawk was built in 1999 and features wonderful amenities for guests to enjoy.

Enjoy no hassle parking in the heated parking garage for Red Hawk Townhome 2323.  Red Hawk Townhome guests share in all the amenities at Red Hawk Lodge.  There is also a year-round heated pool and 8-person hot tub that is used exclusively by Red Hawk Lodge guests. After a long day, you can enjoy the steam room and fitness facilities.

Guest Services: This unit is professionally managed for the owner by Summit County Mountain Retreats. It is our goal for you to have a worry free stay and enable you to interact with caring and competent people who want your vacation to be all it can be.

Special services that we offer include flexible check-in and out times, a generous amount of towels during your stay, trash bags, toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), dishwashing detergent and liquid, sponge for washing dishes, trial sized soap and shampoo.
