Lovers Key Resort Unit 403 is the only fully handicap accessible condo in the complex.  This unit was custom built to be fully handicap accessible.  If you or a loved one traveling with you is in a wheelchair and needs a fully handicap accessible condo, this is the unit for you.

This fourth floor, one bedroom, one bath condo sleeps a maximum of 4 persons and offers

Need additional space for family or friends?  No problem.  Rent the adjoining luxury condo Unit 404.  With the two units you can sleep 8.  An exterior door in the hallway allows you to close off the hallway from the unit doors, giving you the option to leave both condo doors open while being fully secluded and securely locked in.  A 10% discount applies to the rates when both units are rented together.

Phone, air conditioning, 2 Cable TV’s, wireless internet, ceiling fans, full kitchen with all amenities, microwave, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, cooking utensils provided, linens provided, shared washer/dryer facilities, in-ground heated pool, hot tub, beach towels, daily housekeeping and turn down service available.  Kayaks, bikes, and other items are also available through our rental department.

We offer full concierge service for those who want a truly relaxing vacation. Our concierge will handle everything for you from buying groceries, picking up theatre tickets, to arranging an in-house massage. We also offer special occasion items to be waiting for you or that special loved one, upon arrival. Fresh floral arrangements, fruit baskets, specialty cakes and pastries are all available. In addition, we have a full rental department for those things you may have forgotten, or don't want to bring with you. Baby items, cribs, high chairs, etc., along with golf clubs, kayaks, bikes, Playstation game centers, are just a few of the items for the asking. We deliver everything to you for your arrival and pick it up upon your departure.

Add 11% FL Sales Tax, a $40 nonrefundable booking fee, and a $40 damage waiver fee. Rates include all utilities and final cleaning.  All stays over four weeks include bi-weekly maid service and your departure clean.  Arrival/departure days of the week are flexible to fit your vacation schedule.  Nightly rates add a cleaning fee of $80.
