This is a lovely, newly redecorated second-floor one bedroom condo in a quiet and luxurious property development located in the community of Ahwatukee Foothills.  Nearby you'll find shopping, golf courses, and fine dining.  15-20 minutes (depending on traffic) from Sky Harbor Airport.

This beautiful one bedroom condo has just been remodeled, repainted and redecorated.  All dishes, cookware, appliances(including microwave, dishwasher, rice cooker/steamer, blender, toaster, coffee pot, and "George Foreman" grill), are provided. You'll enjoy preparing meals in the well-appointed kitchen and dining in the unit, or just "order out" if that's what you prefer!

There is a lovely tiled balcony where you can dine al fresco, or just relax in a quiet, almost "treehouse-like" atmosphere.  A big 42" flat-screen TV is in the living room, complete with complimentary satellite (DirecTV) HDTV, and DSL wireless capable broadband internet connection.

The beautifully decorated bedroom contains a comfortable King bed, with pillow-top mattress, so your nights will be restful and comfortable. There's a 32" flat panel HDTV with DirecTV and a DVD player.  There is also a queen airbed available that can be put in the living room for additional sleeping accommodations and put away in the daytime.

The bath contains a garden tub and shower, and has a large walk-in closet adjoining it.  Pack light, bcause your condo is equipped with hair dryer, curlers, shampoo, conditioner and body wash and lotion.

There is a washer and a dryer in the condo, and we also furnish iron and ironing board.
